Policies

At North Point Cattle Co,

we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Because our products are perishable and bulk orders may be prepared specifically for each customer, the following policies apply.

Bulk Orders

Orders containing large quantities, custom packages, corporate gifts, wholesale purchases, or other specially prepared products may be considered bulk orders.

Bulk orders may require additional processing time and may be subject to minimum quantities, deposits, or full payment prior to fulfillment. Pricing provided for bulk purchases is based on the agreed-upon quantity, product mix, packaging, and delivery requirements.

Because inventory is allocated and products may be packaged specifically for a bulk customer, confirmed bulk orders may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once preparation or fulfillment has begun, except in the case of an error by North Point Cattle Co. or qualifying damaged goods.

Product availability may vary by cut. Beef is produced in natural proportions, meaning the availability of premium steaks and individual cuts is limited relative to other products. For this reason, large orders may require an agreed-upon assortment of cuts or substitutions of comparable value.

Shipping & Delivery

Our frozen products are packaged and shipped using methods intended to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for making reasonable arrangements to receive or retrieve their shipment promptly upon delivery.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times may be estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside Northpoint Wagyu's control.

Damaged or Compromised Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, opened, leaking, excessively thawed, or otherwise appears to have been compromised during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us evaluate the shipment, we may request:

Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Photographs of the affected products

The order number and delivery information

A description of the condition of the products when received

Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim

Do not consume any product that you believe may be unsafe or has been improperly temperature controlled.

A partially thawed product is not necessarily considered damaged if it arrives cold and still contains ice crystals or otherwise remains at a safe temperature. Product safety and condition will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the shipment.

Resolution of Approved Claims

When North Point Cattle Co. determines that a product was damaged, compromised, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate to the circumstances, replace the affected product, issue store credit, or provide a refund for the affected portion of the order.

Claims apply to the affected products and do not automatically qualify the entire shipment for replacement or refund.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our beef products, we cannot accept physical returns of food products. Please contact us before discarding a product associated with a damage claim, unless keeping the product would create a food-safety concern.

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of North Point Cattle Co. From our farm through processing, packaging, and fulfillment, our goal is for every order to arrive in a condition that reflects the quality of the beef inside.

If something goes wrong, we ask that you contact us promptly and give us the opportunity to make it right.
